Graduate
Insurance knowledge would be an added advantage.
Work Exp : betw 1 to 3 years
Age : 20-26 yrs.
Should have some experience in operations, back office ,customer service and ideally from the Finance sector , telecom etc.
Good Communication skills
Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning abilities.
Compensation: 1.8 to 2.25 lacs p.a + Performance Bonus.
